1. Agreement

By accessing and using ABCL TECH ("the Site") — including the news, editorials, free courses, and any consulting or development services we offer — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Free Use, With Limits

All news articles, editorials, and course lectures on ABCL TECH are free to read, watch, and share for personal learning. You may:

• Read and study any article or lecture for personal, educational use.
• Share links to our pages on social media or with friends and students.
• Quote short excerpts with proper attribution to ABCL TECH and a link back to the source page.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Re-publish full articles, lectures, or course materials on another website, blog, app, or YouTube channel.
• Translate and re-publish our content as your own.
• Sell or include our content in any paid product, course, or subscription.
• Mirror, scrape, or systematically copy the Site.
• Remove copyright notices, branding, or attributions from the materials.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — articles, editorials, course curricula, code samples, graphics, the ABCL TECH name and logo — is owned by ABCL TECH or licensed to us, and is protected under Bangladesh and international copyright law. "Free to read" does not mean "free to repackage."

4. Code Samples

Code shown in lectures and exercises is provided as-is for learning. You may copy, modify, and use it in your own personal and commercial projects without further permission. We make no warranty that the code is bug-free or production-ready — review and test before use.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Don't post or transmit anything that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and don't use the Site for spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Materials on the Site are provided on an "as is" basis. ABCL TECH makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the reliability or results obtained from using any content on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABCL TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, profits, or business — arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Paid Services

The free Site is separate from our paid consulting, development, and corporate-training engagements. Any paid work is governed by a separate, signed agreement that defines scope, deliverables, payment, and timelines. The Services page is informational and is not, by itself, a binding offer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
