Founder, ABCL TECH
Raihan Khan is a technology entrepreneur, AI & systems architect and experienced project leader. He founded ABCL TECH (Anybody Can Learn Technology) in April 2020 on a simple belief: technology is for everyone, and language should never stand in the way of a curious learner. He is also the founder of Visa Bangla, Chakri Bangla and e-GP Bangla.
From UI/UX design to full-stack development, and from e-Government systems to the digital transformation of Bangladeshi ministries and European Union-funded initiatives, he has more than a decade of hands-on experience in every one of these fields. Today he is also an independent researcher in trustworthy AI, retrieval-augmented generation and Bangla-language NLP.

Education & Experience
Raihan Khan graduated with First Class in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from North South University, Dhaka. His capstone research, supervised by Dr. Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Khan, compared deep-learning approaches to handwritten Bangla character recognition. He is now formalising his AI research through further study in Human-Centred Artificial Intelligence.
Starting with web design, he has built hands-on experience step by step over more than a decade — software development, systems analysis, system architecture and leading the IT teams of several government projects.
Directed technical operations for a national digital-service and employment-training project and its training-management software, and led a national digital archive.
Engineered the complete data archiving system for a national archive preserving testimonies of Bangladesh's freedom fighters, and supported training for the government's result-based monitoring and evaluation system.
Developed an online classroom management system and training software for government projects.
Organised ministerial overseas training programmes and study tours, and coordinated international logistics for EU-funded health and nutrition programmes across France, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany.
Designed UI/UX for a leading national ICT organisation and produced digital branding for enterprise-software and hospital-automation clients.
Since the start of e-GP he has also worked on technical specifications, budget analysis and contract management for its tenders. He keeps his skills current through regular training — advanced training in software architecture, cloud, agile and artificial intelligence, a PMI-authorised PMP exam-prep course, government e-tendering training and ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor certification. He holds an IELTS band 7.

Vision & the Mission of ABCL TECH
He believes that learning technology should not be limited to those fluent in English or able to pay. The same approach he developed on government and international projects — making complex processes simple and transparent — shapes every ABCL TECH course: intuition first with everyday analogies, then the precise mechanism, then hands-on practice with real tools.
The goal is that anyone — a university student, a job candidate, a freelancer or a working developer — can learn everything from programming to artificial intelligence in their own language, for free, from home.
